Many women come to me because they feel exhausted inside, even though everything ‘works’ on the outside.
It’s not about diagnoses – it’s about the feeling of having lost yourself somewhere along the way.

Many women are incredibly competent – and yet they doubt whether and how they are allowed to show this. This is often based on old beliefs about how you ‘have to’ be in order to be taken seriously: conformist, objective, as flawless as possible.
What is lost in the process? Your own presence, clarity and personality.
Because if you constantly adapt, you will eventually lose your sense of self-expression.
In my coaching sessions, we therefore not only look at body language and wording, but also at what lies beneath: old patterns, inner drivers and unconscious blockages.
Only when this becomes visible can real sovereignty emerge – which comes from within.
Honestly? It’s as individual as you are.
We start with an open conversation: What’s on your mind? What should change? Sometimes it’s crystal clear – sometimes it’s just a vague ‘It can’t go on like this’. Both are okay.
I listen carefully, ask the right questions and help you to bring order to your head and calm to your heart. Then we work out a clear path together – at your pace, with your goal in mind. Sometimes we work systemically, sometimes practically. Sometimes with exercises, sometimes in free dialogue.
And when things get concrete – such as a pitch, a important meeting or a difficult conversation – you get everything you need: structure, tools, sparring and sometimes a little tailwind.
You don’t have to get off to a perfect start – just be ready to go.
Many of my coachees start with doubts – and leave with clarity.
With a clearer sense of what makes them tick. And with the courage to show themselves exactly as they are: professional, present and genuine.
Some find their voice again – literally and figuratively. Others realise that they have more to say than they ever thought they had. And still others finally make decisions that were long overdue – both professionally and personally.

In spring, an exciting journey began with Eveline Käppeli-Karrer and two other homestaging ladies. Together, we prepared their Homestaging pitches from scratch: analyzing the audience, defining their unique selling points, writing a powerful script, and countless rehearsals with signature storytelling sessions.
